NUDGE

Terms of Use

The agreement covering your use of Nudge and Nudge Pro.

Effective September 6, 2026

Using Nudge

Nudge helps turn text and images you choose into reminder drafts. You are responsible for checking the title, date, amount and reminder time before saving. Do not use Nudge to process content you do not have permission to use.

AI and reminder accuracy

Text recognition, date extraction and AI-generated drafts can be incomplete or wrong. Nudge is not a substitute for reviewing original bills, contracts, bookings, medical instructions, legal documents or other high-stakes information. You remain responsible for meeting every deadline.

Nudge Pro

Paid plans are auto-renewable subscriptions handled by the App Store. The price, billing period, trial eligibility and renewal terms shown in Apple’s purchase sheet control your transaction. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple ID settings. Access continues through the paid period unless Apple provides otherwise.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep access to your sign-in email secure. You may not misuse the service, attempt to access another person’s data, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected server systems or use Nudge for unlawful activity.

Availability

Nudge may change, suspend or discontinue features. Cloud sync and AI extraction depend on third-party services and network availability. To the extent permitted by law, Nudge is provided without guarantees that it will always be available or catch every deadline.

Changes

These terms may be updated as Nudge changes. A new effective date will be shown here. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
